A tent is required for single-day wedding rentals. Tent options vary from $2,500 to $6,000, depending on your guest count and any additional accessories you’d like to include. Your tent rental will be made through SGM. Our knowledgeable staff is here to assist you with the correct size for your wedding. If your guest count is 50 or more, the tent is your rain plan.

How do I tour and book Sparrow Grove Manor?

To book a tour of Sparrow Grove Manor, email us at hello@sparrowgrovemanor.com or call us at 470.865.6800. Your family and wedding planner are welcome to join you on your tour. When you are ready to book your event, we will provide you with a contract and all payment details.

How many guests does Sparrow Grove Manor accommodate?

Sparrow Grove Manor can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Will I have access to the entire property during my wedding?

You will have access to the ceremony site, main floor of the home, the outdoor grounds, bridal suite, groom suite, the Bridal Loft for hair and makeup, and the parking area. We also offer packages that include the use of additional guest suites. There will be no other events booked during your wedding rental.

Who will assist me in planning my wedding at Sparrow Grove Manor?

Our co-owner, Kathy Behtz, will be your main point of contact for everything related to Sparrow Grove Manor throughout your planning process. With years of wedding planning experience, she is also available to plan weddings if the entire home will be rented for the weekend. 

You are required to hire a wedding planner for your wedding to assist with vendor management, timeline, ceremony and reception direction. We are thankful to have worked with many wonderful planners and vendors, and would be happy to share their information with you.

May I choose my own vendors?

You may choose to work with your own vendors. They will, however, be required to attend the final walk-through at Sparrow Grove Manor before your wedding, in order to familiarize themselves with the property.

Can I host a non-wedding events at Sparrow Grove Manor?

Yes! Sparrow Grove Manor is available for all types of events, including baby showers, corporate events, and luncheons. We are happy to help you plan your next special event at Sparrow Grove Manor.
